Cyber Lead

Compensation: USD 124516 - USD 200900 - yearly Job Description Lead a team of Engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Cloud identities Cybersecurity services; Provide day-to-day management of the team’s work and other efforts ensuring an effective balance of the workload across the team; Drive or inform technology direction based on security and customer requirements; Partner closely with Security Architecture and other security stakeholders to ensure alignment between security control framework, deployed technologies, and desired versus achieved outcomes; Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside security, including IT and Application teams to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly; Stay up to date on new tools and techniques and act as driver for innovation; Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end‑user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture; and provide high‑quality training, management, and mentorship for the IAM team members located across various geographies. Telecommuting permitted. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 7 years of experience required.
