Elevated Facility Services is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and valued clients. In this role, you'll oversee project coordination, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery. You'll work closely with both clients and our internal team to identify solutions and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Generate sales among client accounts, including upsell and cross‑selling Capital plan existing clients for current and future upgrade needs. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers Develops and maintains long‑term relationships with accounts Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Communicates client needs and demands to management Forecasts and tracks client account metrics Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines Keep records of client transactions Requirements Bachelors degree preferred Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales and/or account support role.
