• Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Independently evaluate liability and exposure on cases
• Work directly with partners on more complex litigation matters as needed
• Maintain strong client communication and reporting

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey (PA admission is a strong plus)
• 3–7+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
• Deposition and motion practice experience required
• Trial experience or desire for trial exposure is a plus
