About This Position: We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to enhance action management, portfolio visibility, and operational excellence across executive priorities and key account initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on executive actions and strategic priorities, promoting consistent use of governance and project management frameworks, and empowering senior leaders to advance high-priority initiatives efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, responds swiftly to urgent needs, and demonstrates exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support strategic projects and oversee initiatives aligned with program objectives, goals, and KPIs. Responsibilities include tracking, managing, and ensuring follow-through on executive actions, while maintaining clear accountability, timely delivery, and transparent reporting within a regulated federal setting.
