Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed as a PT in the state of CT
• Doctoral degree required
• Home health experience in a patient care setting

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday approximately 8:30-4:30
• 8 hours per day
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Middletown CT and surrounding towns
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Wallingford, Connecticut offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional city amenities.
