Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?We're looking for a sharp, mission-driven Product Manager to own and evolve our Live prediction experiences, creating easy, exciting ways for our players to connect, compete, and win while live games are in progress. This role is essential in developing the next generation of PrizePicks' platform as the ultimate place for fans to feel the excitement of making their own predictions across the sports landscape.You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Data Platform, Analytics, Consumer Insights, UX Research, and more to build innovative, exciting experiences our fans will love and want to share with others.What You'll Do:Strategize: Become an expert on PrizePicks products and deeply understand our current and potential customers. Lead the process of forming and delivering on an ambitious strategy and roadmap across live prediction experiences.Execute: Develop new methods for players to quickly understand, research, and select predictions from a set of events happening in a live game. Create ways for players to use the excitement around those live picks to motivate others to play PrizePicks with them. Expand the existing experience of following live picks, understanding results, and making live picks to make the journey more seamless and engaging for our users. Ensure all experiences are flexible, scalable, and intuitive across web and app.Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (including: design, research, analytics, marketing, and platform engineering teams) to build the strongest user-first live predictions product. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure players can focus their PrizePicks experience on the set of games they're most interested in watching and following.Learn: Deeply understand the DFS landscape, particularly user behavior across new (and existing) game modes and how it continues to evolve across the industry. Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making. Become an expert on how competitors are engaging users while games are live.Grow: Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it.What Success Looks Like:First and foremost, leading the discovery and execution of building out the best live predictions product in the industry. But execution is only half the battle… and new opportunities come about every day. We want a go-getter who isn't afraid to help push the limits and identify, pitch, and deliver on new live experience strategies as they emerge.What You Have:3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.A proven track record of building products customers love.Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills.Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment.A constant desire to learn.What Makes You Stand Out:Prior experience in the sports/gaming industry and/or a power user of the industry's products.Obsessive about something.
