Customer Support Rep/Ntl Acct

Customer Support Representative Work Hours: Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This is not a remote position, but you may have a remote opportunity once a week after training. Hourly pay: $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities Field incoming B2B customer support requests via phone and Salesforce workflow. Facilitate quotes for non‑stock special orders, delivery & set‑up orders, and large volume orders. Answer product‑related questions and provide information from manufacturers. Facilitate returns and follow up on credits. Fulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copies. Provide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teams. Provide information to SPR branches regarding various programs and services. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, E‑mail. Language ability: Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Math ability: Add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning ability: Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Supervisory responsibilities: None.
