Pharmacist in Charge

I’m working on a confidential search with a rapidly growing 503A sterile compounding pharmacy in South Florida.

They’re looking for an experienced PIC to help scale a high-volume sterile compounding operation , support additional state licensing, and help build out the pharmacy team.

Ideal background:

• Active pharmacist license
• Strong sterile compounding/injectables experience
• 1,000+ orders/day preferred
• Multiple state licenses a plus
• Experience scaling a compounding operation and/or building a team highly valued
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
