Quick Facts Location: 30 Tuscan Boulevard, Salem, NH 03079 Start Date: 06/15/2026 End Date/Duration: Fixed (not specified) Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour (08:00–17:00) Hours/week: 40 (5 days/week x 8 hours) Employment Type: Locums / Clinic coverage License/Certs: NH license required; BLS ; DEA required Experience: 1 year (credentialing timeframe: 90 days ; facility aims to start faster if possible) Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $147.54/hr Weekly Pay Schedule: Weekly pay via direct deposit Employment Type/Taxes: W-2 (per benefits guidance) Medical Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Referral Bonus Program: Robust referral bonus program Paid Time Off: Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws Reimbursements/Other: Licensure–certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable Support: 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your time with VHS What You’ll Do Provide family medicine care for pediatric through adult patients (peds–adults) See approximately 16 patients per day in a clinic setting Manage routine “ bread-and-butter ” family medicine visits and standard care needs Use Epic for EMR/charting Support clinic flow during scheduled clinic hours ( Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm ) Coordinate care within a practice environment supported by physicians and APPs Maintain timely, accurate documentation and patient follow-up in accordance with clinic workflows What You NeedRequired Board Certification: Family Medicine (may accept IM if able to see all ages) Licensure: NH state license required DEA: Required Certifications: BLS Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Ability to be credentialed in ~90 days (facility is aiming for a faster start if possible) Preferred Familiarity with a busy outpatient clinic pace (targeting efficient throughput) About the Assignment This is an outpatient clinic family practice opportunity in Salem, New Hampshire , designed for providers who can “hit the ground running.” The clinic operates Monday–Friday with an established patient volume (average ~16 patients/day) and a peds-to-adult care mix, supported by a team of other clinicians and Epic EMR.
