Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN – Home Health – Travel to join our supportive team in Campbellsville, KY. This contract role involves working in the home health specialty, assessing and implementing care plans to maintain and improve patient health.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Home Health – Travel include:

• Observing, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals in a community setting
• Working closely with other health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs and services
• Coordinating communications and actions of various disciplines related to health and safety supports
• Ensuring proper medication management and documentation
• Providing necessary health status reports and updates
• Directing and supervising licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Ensuring completion and implementation of health-related appointments and findings
• Maintaining communication with healthcare facilities regarding patient admissions and discharges
• Providing training on health and safety for new and existing staff

Requirements of the RN – Home Health – Travel include:

• RN License
• Proficiency in nursing skills such as wound care, IVs, catheters, injections, lab draws
• Ability to assess patient health and develop care plans
