Join a specialty pharmacy team providing expert long-term care pharmacist services in Saint Peter, MN. This contract opportunity offers a meaningful role in a collaborative setting, working 24 to 40 hours per week with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage long-term care pharmacy operations with precision and care
- Provide medication therapy management tailored to patient needs
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Educate patients on medication use and immunization benefits
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification
- Immunization certification
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Contract Duration: Minimum of 13 weeks with potential for extension.
