What will you do as a Manufacturing Manager?

As our Manufacturing Manager , you’ll lead the heartbeat of our production facility—driving safety, quality, and performance while building a high-performing team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape both plant operations and team culture .

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, on-time production across all lines
• Drive performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics, using data to identify gaps and take action
• Own and manage the operations budget , including forecasting, capital planning and cost control initiatives
• Champion continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and implement sustainable solutions
• Partner cross-functionally (operations, sales, supply chain) to meet business goals
• Oversee equipment, facilities, and maintenance coordination
• Lead product launches and ensure consistent, reliable supply
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive results
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards, including audits and inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing facility that reflects a c ulture of operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 2+ years previous management experience in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (preferred)
• Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work environment is both office and field; must be able to work at a desk and on feet for long periods of time. Field work involves but is not limited to, heights, confined space, and outdoors.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Work involves walking, talking and hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminal or working on small components.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

• Hearing protection dependent on specified areas.
• Hair Nets if working with open containers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation.
• Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10% and attend out-of-town training and/or seminars.
• Some areas are slippery due to the production process.
• Warehouse area has heavy forklift traffic.
