Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Ellendale, ND
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a Long-Term Care assignment. The CNA will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Shift: Day Shift (Variable)
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Potential for 48+ hours based on facility needs
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Measure and record vital signs and patient observations
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Assist nursing staff with patient care and documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care in an LTC setting

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
