Responsibilities Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Qualifications Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Prior experience in the food service industry.
