Business Center Branch Manager

Position Overview As a Business Center Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at 926 Montgomery Ave, Narberth, PA 19072 and responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and leading a high‑performing team. Responsibilities Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty. Lead and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets, grow branch revenue through consumer and business households, and lead ecosystem partnerships. Coach and ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience, involving technology‑enabled interactions and problem resolution. Drive the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management. Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and mitigating sales practice risk. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of branch banking services, delegation, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, and sales management. Ability to consultatively sell and drive customer financial well‑being. Understanding of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Ability to manage risk and compliance.
