Direct Support Professional Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hr. Shifts Needed: NOC Job Status: Full Time Work Locations: Monterey Park, CA

Here's What You'll Do:

The Direct Support Professional supports individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their health, safety and well-being. Our Direct Support Professionals proudly serve as an advocate to improve the overall quality of life for our clients.

Essential Functions:

• Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
• Assist clients with bathroom needs.
• Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.
• Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
• Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of experience working closely with individuals that have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Experience with high behaviors a plus.
• First Aid/CPR and CPI -Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred or willing to obtain)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver's License

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
