Description

You are a hands-on technical leader who supports engineering operations.

The Role

Assist in supervising engineering operations, maintenance staff, and building systems.

Qualifications

What Makes You You • Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required, to include active license • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems • Organized, dependable, safety focused and the flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends • Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving • Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities • Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment • Strong communication and teamwork skills
