As our Catering Truck Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our mobile kitchen, crafting delicious Mexican dishes that our customers know and love. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cooking environment.
- Managing food prep and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready to go.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

We’re seeking a skilled cook who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of cooking experience , preferably in a fast-paced kitchen or catering environment.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A passion for creating delicious food and a commitment to excellence.
