## Full Stack DeveloperApplylocations: US - TX, San Antonio: US - Remote (Any location)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 40657**Job Family:**Software Development & Support**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Collaborate closely with clients, digital leaders, solution architects, and technical and functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams and market segments to support client engagements, growth initiatives, and capability development.* Serve as a key member of the modernization team, helping address technical challenges, deliver demonstrations, and build innovative solution prototypes using cloud architectures and modern software technologies.* Provide hands-on full-stack engineering for scalable, secure, distributed systems using modern programming languages, cloud-native and microservices architectures, containerization, and API-first design patterns.* Work collaboratively with user experience designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts to design, build, test, and deploy high-value, operationally resilient software products on AWS that meet functional and non-functional requirements.**What You Will Need:*** Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in full-stack application development.* Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.* Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing cloud applications to build and modernize applications and datasets on AWS.* Experience implementing frontend and backend services for cloud-native software products and solutions using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Django, and Vue.js.* Required technical skills include proficiency in Python and JavaScript.* Django experience is preferred; equivalent experience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, or SQLAlchemy may be considered.* Vue.js experience is preferred; equivalent experience with React, Svelte, or Angular version 1.6 or higher may be considered.* Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting team members to solve complex technical problems.* Proven ability to develop software products and solution prototypes, using prototypes to validate technical strategies and clearly communicate the trade-offs of complex design alternatives.* In-depth understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices and principles, with proven experience planning and implementing software products with agility.* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the nature of this role and associated government clearance requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** AWS Certified Developer certification.* AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.* Experience with Flask, Docker, Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, AWS Step Functions, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Elasticsearch, caching frameworks, Redis, Memcached, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) for PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB NoSQL database services.* Familiarity with the AWS Serverless Application Model (AWS SAM), proven design patterns such as Model-View-Controller, and the ability to design and build cloud-based software products aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.* Proficiency delivering cloud-based software products using modern CI/CD pipeline tooling, with the ability to collaborate continuously with development, operations, and security teams to deliver secure and operationally resilient software products and solutions.* Hands-on cloud software development or engineering experience, with the ability to consistently build and deploy custom applications in the AWS cloud.* Proven ability to design, build, test, and deploy software products and solutions on the AWS cloud platform.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and engineer effective solutions.The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00.
