"The company story is the company strategy." — Ben Horowitz As a Growth Intern, you'll help spread the gospel about Selix, our AI Agent that helps companies run their outbound sales end to end. You’ll jump into every corner of growth: Product Marketing — create assets and decks for post-sales and beyond Social Media — build the narrative around what we're building and why we're different (we're the AI SDR killer) Events — put on events for the team and the broader community Website — spruce up pages with our designer to tell our story SEO / AEO — write articles on the new insights we're uncovering about the space Top of Funnel — build marketing assets teams can actually use Video — make quick-cut videos we can post online The bottom line: own top-of-funnel activity. Think "scrappy startup PMM," not "big-company content marketer." What we're looking for Able to come into our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week Prior experience in product marketing, content creation, video editing, or similar — in a fast-paced startup environment (your own business, another startup, etc.) Comfortable with steep learning curves and wearing multiple hats Strong interest in agentic AI and technology Familiarity with tools like Notion, Excalidraw, Zapier, HubSpot, and the broader marketing stack is a plus 3 reasons to apply Career growth — Tons of learning and real, relevant experience at a startup. Disinfect with sunlight — The first step to solving a problem is shining a light on it. (e.g., build a dashboard of our engagement and set a goal-line for where to get to.)
