Manufacturing Production Manager

Manufacturing - Production Manager (80-100K) We have an excellent opportunity available for a Manufacturing - Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift, M-F position. Responsibilities Provide hands on, shop floor leadership for Production Operations. Monitor KPI’s and improve output, reduce costs, and streamline processes. Drive safety, quality, and efficiency. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices. Ensure continuous process improvement and foster a team-oriented, fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Interview and hire new staff, conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Experience & Education AAS or BA degree or equivalent Military Leadership experience. 5+ years in production / manufacturing management. Proven success in process improvements tied to metrics. Relentless drive to lead in a fast pace / job shop environment.
