Must be IV certified

Expedite patientreferrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls andcomplete referral requests

Maintain ongoingtracking and documentation on referrals

well-organized,detail-oriented

Work independently andunsupervised maintaining superior work ethic

Ensure that referralsare addressed timely

Remind patients oftheir appointments

General computerskills required-Microsoft Outlook and Excel
