Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - LTCA, travel assignment in Billings, MT. Start date 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,392–$1,441 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days. Setting: Skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment to adult and geriatric patients under supervision, focusing on function and independence.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities to improve or maintain daily living skills and mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks; recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as appropriate.
- Utilize ROM, strengthening, balance, and sensory maneuvers; monitor patient response and progress.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning; communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (COTA) in good standing or eligibility to obtain Montana licensure.
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Certification as a COTA required; experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing care environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to the assignment location for the duration of the contract.
