Guest Services AssociateWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Guest Services Associate to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests and students and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and can confidently balance customer service, administrative tasks, and a busy front-desk environment.What You'll Do:Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional mannerAnswer phones and assist with scheduling appointmentsCheck guests in and out and process paymentsProvide excellent customer service while managing front-desk communicationsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception areaMonitor the daily schedule and help keep services running smoothlyAssist with retail recommendations and purchasesRepresent the school in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic mannerRequirements:Previous customer service, receptionist, front-desk, salon, spa, or hospitality experience is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanorStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using computers, phones, scheduling systems, and basic office softwareReliable and punctualMust have open availability for day shifts, mid shifts, night shifts and some Saturdays until 5pm.
