About the Position

Job Title

Lead Mammography Technologist

Seattle, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures as a lead technologist, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
• Provide leadership and guidance within the mammography department
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, scheduling requirements, and holiday coverage commitments
• Float to sister facilities nearby as needed to support staffing demands
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
• Valid state license or active compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a lead or charge technologist role within a radiology or cardiology setting
• Familiarity with large health system environments and multi-facility operations
