Day in the Life Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale, coach members, open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early shifts (as early as 3 am) and weekends Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
