Senior Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerHBK Engineering is seeking Senior Project Manager for our Underground Transmission team based in Chicago or Philadelphia. This position leads, supports, and directs teams consisting of project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel involved in the design, modification, analysis, and constructability of new and existing underground transmission systems, including duct bank, manhole/vault, and cable installations ranging from 69kV to 345kV. This senior management role involves leading teams to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies while working on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues. The position requires managing, supervising, and scheduling execution of programs while monitoring productivity, quality, financial health, and progress with comprehensive oversight responsibilities.
