• Material Sourcing & Specification: Select and procure finishes, fixtures, textiles, cabinetry, and flooring that align with project budgets and client expectations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with project managers, estimators, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executable, structurally sound, and budget-conscious.
• Vendor & Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors to facilitate clear communication regarding design requirements, lead times, and revisions.
• On-Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress to ensure execution matches design specifications and safety code compliance.
• Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals!

Qualifications
