As a Service Technician Flex W2 with Insight, you will be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. As a Service Technician Flex W2, you will get to: Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
