Computed Tomography Technologist Full Time

CT Technologist

We're seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician's scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Required certifications and licensure. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. California License in Radiology Technology (CRT). Current BLS CPR Certification.
• Education. AS degree in radiologic technology or completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiology program.
• Experience. One year CT technologist experience preferred. Newly graduated technologists will be trained in CT and/or Mammography. Passing the CT and/or Mammography registry required within one year (two years if performing both).
• Work environment and scheduling. Ability to work weekends, standby, after-hours/holiday callback, and variable schedules. Scheduling options may include two, three, or four days per week to meet weekend coverage needs.
• Working knowledge of radiography procedures, equipment operation, and patient positioning.
