Required Licenses & Certifications Licensure

Active Massachusetts NP License required

Board Certification

Board Certification required

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience required

Practice Overview

Hospital-based Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery service
Average daily census: 10 patients
Adult patient population
Epic EMR

Clinical Responsibilities

Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery patient management
Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and manage medication therapy
Develop and implement treatment plans
Assess and manage therapeutic interventions
Provide ongoing patient evaluation and follow-up
Perform bedside procedures as appropriate

Ideal Candidate

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active Massachusetts license
1-2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience
Comfortable managing adult surgical patients in a hospital setting
Experienced with H&Ps, patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and bedside procedures
Available for a consistent weekday schedule beginning September 2026
