Junior Software Engineer

Salary: $56,500 - 84,500 per year

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Strong programming fundamentals and analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and AI and machine learning concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced consulting environment Self-motivation, initiative, organization, and effective time management Flexibility, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach Up to 1–2 years of experience; RPA industry experience is a plus Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation projects is beneficial Responsibilities:
