Overview Cold Calling Appointment Setter (Remote VA) Company: Einstein Capital Pay: $3/hour Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday (U.S. business hours) Location: Remote (VA / international applicants welcome) About the Role Einstein Capital is a U.S.-based business funding company that helps established businesses access fast working capital. We are hiring disciplined, reliable cold-calling appointment setters to contact U.S. business owners, qualify them, and book short calls with our funding specialists. This is NOT a sales role. You will not explain funding, quote rates, or close deals. Your only job is to: Ask qualifying questions Book appointments Log notes correctly What You’ll Be Doing Making outbound cold calls to U.S. business owners Following a word-for-word script (no improvising) Asking simple yes/no qualification questions Booking 10–15 minute appointments Updating call notes accurately in the CRM Daily Expectations 300–500 dials per shift 8–12 live conversations 2–4 qualified appointments booked 100% CRM compliance Who This Role Is For Have prior cold calling or appointment setting experience (2+ years) Speak clear, confident English Are comfortable with rejection Can follow scripts and instructions exactly Are reliable and show up on time Are comfortable using dialers and CRMs This Role Is NOT For You If You dislike cold calling You want to “freestyle” scripts You want to sell or close deals You struggle with daily call volume You miss shifts or need constant supervision Tools You’ll Use Multi-line dialer (training provided) CRM system (training provided) Google Calendar Microsoft Teams / internal communication tools Compensation & Growth $3/hour starting pay Consistent weekday hours (no weekends) Long-term role for top performers Opportunity for: Increased hours Performance bonuses Team lead / manager roles as we scale Application Instructions (IMPORTANT) To apply, please include: A brief description of your cold calling or appointment setting experience Your internet speed Your headset type Your availability during U.S. business hours A short voice recording (30–60 seconds) saying: “Hi, this is [Your Name].
