Ideal candidate:

A driven and resourceful healthcare recruiter who brings a true go getter mindset to finding and engaging top clinical talent. They understand the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, and they know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality. They are highly skilled in modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, with hands-on experience in (any) Paycom, UKG, and iCIMS etc.

Any recruiting for multi-state organizations is preferred.

Any experience recruiting for EMT's and Paramedics will be a huge plus!

• At least 3 years Healthcare Recruitment experience, preferably in a high-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for healthcare specific roles
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and credentialing/licensing requirements
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically iCIMS and UKG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
