Dental Office | Treatment Coordination & Insurance

Pay: $24–$30/hour 

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday hours vary between 6:30 AM–7:00 PM | One Friday per month, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with strong treatment coordination and dental insurance experience. This is a key front-office role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, confident discussing treatment and finances, and passionate about helping patients receive the care they need.

What You'll Do

• Present and coordinate treatment plans, fees, and payment options
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and track case acceptance
• Verify insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and referrals
• Answer phones and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Communicate closely with the clinical team and participate in daily huddles
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front-office operations

What We're Looking For

• Dental treatment coordination experience strongly preferred
• Dental insurance experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident discussing treatment, insurance, and financial options
• Patient-centric with strong follow-through
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
• Previous dental front-office experience preferred
