R&R Construction is currently seeking a qualified CDL Vacuum Truck Operator to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and professional operation of vacuum trucks servicing septic systems, holding tanks, grease traps, frac tanks, and related wastewater infrastructure.

In addition to vacuum truck operations, the selected candidate will assist with hydrovac excavation services and roll-off truck operations as business needs require. This position requires a safety-focused individual with strong situational awareness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in demanding field environments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Experience in oilfield, environmental, septic, hydro-vac, or industrial service operations is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Have a Safety-First Mindset – always aware of the environment and operate safely – every day!
· Ability and desire to learn new functions and take on additional responsibility
·Assist with routine driving routes for rental equipment including Delivery, Servicing, Pick-up, Swap
·Servicing Portable Toilet Rentals on client job sites

·Must be able to pass a drug screening test
·Clean driving record preferred

Pay based on experience $25-$30/ hour based on experience M-F some on call weekends when needed
We will provide training.
