Purple DriveSalesforce Developer Share Tampa, FLWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Core Development and specialization in Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, AgentForce AI Agents, and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will develop custom Salesforce solutions that address complex business needs in healthcare and life sciences. Work closely with architects, business analysts, and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce FlowsBuild and enhance applications specifically within the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud environmentsIntegrate and extend AgentForce AI Agent capabilities to automate workflows and improve user interactionsCollaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data management, analytics, and reportingParticipate in requirements gathering, design sessions, and sprint planning with cross-functional teamsEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security policies relevant to healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA compliance)Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalabilityAssist in user training, documentation, and support to drive adoptionStay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies to continuously improve development processesCollaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems and APIsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Development Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce FlowsExperience working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and/or Health Cloud, understanding their specific objects, data models, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with AgentForce AI Agents integration and customization within Salesforce or similar AI-driven frameworksExposure to Salesforce Data Cloud for healthcare-related unified data models, analytics, or reportingKnowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and their impact on Salesforce customizationAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practicesStrong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailEffective collaboration and communication skills within agile teams
