Position Overview Provides direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans, assessing and communicating patient conditions. Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team collaboration. Follows physician and nursing orders accurately. Coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team members. Qualifications And Skills Current or eligible RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Diploma from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of RN experience. BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross. Role Requirements Deliver patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, and facilitate effective communication among care team members.
