Airbnb Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our hospitality team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Pasco area. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our short-term rental properties are immaculate, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times. Your work will directly contribute to outstanding guest experiences, positive reviews, and the continued success of our vacation rental portfolio.
As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing thorough turnovers between guest stays, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. This is a flexible, performance-based position ideal for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in their work and values autonomy. You will work closely with our property management team to coordinate schedules and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, all while building your own independent business with a steady stream of work.

Responsibilities
- Perform full turnovers of Airbnb properties between guest bookings, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all rooms and surfaces.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Change and launder all bed linens, towels, and other textiles; make beds with a crisp, hotel-quality presentation.
- Remove trash and recycling, and ensure all waste receptacles are clean and properly lined.
- Restock essential guest amenities such as toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Inspect property for any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and promptly report findings to management.
- Coordinate arrival and departure times with the property management team to ensure cleaning schedules align with guest check-in/check-out.
- Report any safety hazards or security concerns immediately to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist for each property to ensure consistency and completeness of service.
- Take before-and-after photos when required to document cleaning quality and property condition.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with the management team regarding scheduling, access, or any issues encountered.
