Dental RCM Specialist

This is a contract-to-hire position (40 hours per week)

Were looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role goes beyond basic insurance verification were looking for someone who can spot trends, flag issues, and help improve our RCM processes using data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify dental insurance benefits for patients across multiple payers.
• Track and document insurance information in an organized and standardized format.
• Analyze verification data to identify inconsistencies, trends, or missing information.
• Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and improve efficiency in the RCM cycle.
• Support EDI setup and troubleshooting, if applicable.
• Help build light reporting dashboards or summaries using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Attributes Were Looking For:

• Deep Dental Insurance Knowledge 5+ years of hands-on experience verifying dental insurance in a practice setting.
• Detail-Oriented & Impeccably Organized You double-check everything and thrive on clean, structured documentation.
• Tech-Savvy Comfortable with dental software and EDI processes; bonus points if you can use spreadsheets for light analytics or reporting.

Bonus Experience:

• Familiarity with RCM workflows beyond verification (e.g., billing, collections).
• Basic data analytics or reporting experience (e.g., pivot tables, error tracking, trend analysis).
• Experience working in a remote or startup-like environment

Hourly Rate: $25+
