Position Overview: 

The Corporate Compliance & Security Associate is responsible for supporting ArgenTech Solutions’ contract administration, security, export compliance, quality management, and regulatory compliance functions. This role supports the company's principal advisors, ensuring that all business operations, contracts, personnel, products, and services comply with applicable federal regulations, customer requirements, and company policies. The position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk, maintain compliance, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Contracts

• Support the Director of Contracts in reviewing, negotiating, administering, and monitoring customer contracts, subcontracts, consulting agreements, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and contract modifications.
• Maintain contract files, records, deliverables, correspondence, and contractual documentation.
• Assist with proposal preparation, statements of work, pricing reviews, procurement activities, contract administration, and contract closeout.
• Monitor contractual requirements and compliance obligations to ensure timely performance and risk mitigation.
• Track customer deliverables, contract actions, funding modifications, option periods, and reporting requirements.
• Track Delivery Order/Task Order Period of Performance and funding.
• Track/Review government Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).
• Assist in reviewing solicitations, requests for proposals, contract terms and conditions, government flowdowns and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Security and Export Control

• Support the administration of the company's industrial security, personnel security, classified contract, and compliance programs.
• Assist with personnel clearance processing, visit requests, security training, self-inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Support the administration of National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements and applicable government security regulations.
• Assist with export compliance activities including export classifications, technology control plans, license determinations, international shipments, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Support compliance with ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFARS, CMMC, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and resolving compliance issues and corrective actions.
• Support investigations, incident reporting, and remedial training activities as required.
• Through use of the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and the DOD Foreign Clearance Guide, assist in identifying and processing travelers to meet Country and Theater entry requirements.

Quality Management

• Support the company's Quality Management System.
• Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, management reviews, process documentation, and quality assessments.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance records, procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents.
• Support compliance with AS9100 and other applicable quality requirements.

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical / management discipline or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) programs 
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Physical Demands: This position requires general fitness needed for standing, walking, climbing stairs, prolonged sitting, driving, talking, hearing, the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and/or frequent traveling.
