Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• At least two years recent experience in the field

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff activities
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe care
• Implement and evaluate care plans and monitoring patient progress
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and family members
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
