Position Overview

Teaching Strategies is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day build, quality assurance, and execution of email marketing campaigns and programs in Adobe Marketo Engage. This role is responsible for translating campaign requirements into accurate, well-structured, and timely email programs while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working hands-on in Marketo. They take pride in getting the details right, following established processes, proactively identifying potential issues, and managing multiple campaigns and deadlines without sacrificing quality. This role will work closely with marketing and creative partners to bring campaign strategies and creative assets to life in Marketo. While this position does not own email design or creative development, a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, testing, and performance metrics will help this person be an effective partner and contribute to continuous improvement. Over time, this person will help make our email marketing operation more reliable and scalable by strengthening processes, maintaining clean and consistent program structures, and identifying opportunities to improve how campaigns are built, tested, and executed.
