In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in the financial close process, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities that support the nation's largest dedicated OB/GYN hospitalist organization. What You'll Do Participating in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities Preparing and posting journal entries Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies Performing monthly bank reconciliations Reconciling corporate credit card activity Reviewing operating expenses and accounts payable transactions Reviewing employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and IRS regulations Supporting annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation Researching and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Responding to accounting‑related procedural questions Maintaining strong internal controls and safeguarding financial integrity Supporting additional accounting initiatives and projects as assigned What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university Minimum of 2 years of financial accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs Why Work at OBHG Join the forefront of women's healthcare with OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG), the nation’s largest and only dedicated provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs.
