Location: Bronx, NY (on-site) Salary: $100,000 – $120,000We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury apartment complex. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth management, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional resident satisfaction.Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services

• Train, Hire, Supervise and lead 10+ new and on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and expense management
• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
• Coordinate property maintenance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects
• Develop and implement resident engagement initiatives to enhance community living
• Drive leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy and maximize revenueQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5+ years of property management experience, ideally in luxury or high-end residential communities, NY Metro area preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively
