Maintenance Lead & Maintenance Technician
Houston, TX
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunities Available

We are actively hiring experienced Maintenance Leads and Maintenance Technicians for multifamily apartment communities throughout the Houston area . We are seeking dependable, skilled candidates with strong HVAC knowledge, apartment maintenance experience, and excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests and maintenance work orders efficiently
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide quality repairs
- Ensure community grounds and amenities are maintained properly
- Work professionally with residents, vendors, and management teams
- Maintenance Leads will assist with supervising maintenance operations and supporting onsite teams
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Universal HVAC Certification REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED (truck preferred)
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance REQUIRED
