Warehouse Operations Team Lead

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving operational challenges, and want your ideas to matter, we'd love to meet you What You’ll Do Lead a small warehouse team responsible for fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and returns Coach, develop, and support team members while creating an engaged, accountable culture Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time while meeting service level goals Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee receiving, cycle counts, and replenishment Continuously improve warehouse workflows, SOPs, and operational efficiency Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to solve problems and improve the customer experience Coordinate shipping operations with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and ecommerce platforms Track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Help implement new tools, processes, and best practices as the company grows Jump in wherever needed—this is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being part of the action You’ll Be Successful If You… Enjoy building efficient processes instead of simply following them Like leading by example and working alongside your team Are naturally organized and detail-oriented Can balance daily execution with long-term process improvements Take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to fix Enjoy working for a smaller company where your work has visible impact What We’re Looking For 2+ years leading warehouse or fulfillment teams 3‑5 years of warehouse, logistics, or ecommerce fulfillment experience Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations Comfortable using WMS, ERP, or ecommerce systems Experience with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or ecommerce operations is a plus Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified) Why Join Us?
