Provide Advanced Critical Care in a Cardiovascular ICU Setting

A leading South Carolina healthcare system is seeking an experienced  CVICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity care to cardiovascular patients. This role is ideal for an RN skilled in telemetry, critical care, and rapid clinical decision-making.

Job Summary

The  CVICU RN provides specialized nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients, monitors hemodynamic status, responds rapidly to changes in condition, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

 

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

• Must hold a  Permanent Multi-State RN License in state of residence

• If licensed in another compact state, must apply for Multi-State license within 30 days

• AHA BLS  

• AHA ACLS and NIHSS required during orientation (ICU/CCU/SICU/CVICU)

• CVICU/ICU experience strongly preferred

• CCRN preferred
