Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist-Per Diem In-Home Services

IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant and phlebotomist to deliver in-home diagnostic services including blood draws, EKGs, and macular edema screenings. This flexible, per diem role involves traveling to patient residences across a designated geographic area with no minimum monthly visit requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per network policies and regulatory standards
• Conduct EKGs, macular edema screenings, and other authorized clinical assessments with proper training
• Maintain clean work environment and manage clinical supply inventory for mobile operations
• Complete and submit visit documentation and adverse event reports accurately and promptly
• Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• At least 1 year EKG experience preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred; required in Washington and Louisiana
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for patient visits
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
