We're a growing marketing agency looking for a creative, strategic thinker who can hit the ground running across multiple client accounts. If you live and breathe social media — from big-picture strategy to daily execution, and you know your way around both AI-powered tools and traditional creative software — we'd love to meet you. What you'll do Develop and own social media strategies aligned with each client's brand goals and target audience Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X Manage day-to-day implementation — publishing, community management, and real-time engagement Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using both AI tools and traditional software Design and edit static and animated images for posts, stories, and ads using AI image tools and traditional tools Build monthly content calendars and maintain consistent brand voice across platforms Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insights Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI creative tools We're looking for 2+ years of social media management experience, ideally within an agency environment Proven ability to develop strategy, create content, and execute — end to end Strong copywriting skills and a sharp creative eye Hands‑on experience with video editing — both AI-assisted and traditional Proficiency in image editing using traditional tools and AI tools Experience with social scheduling tools Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling platform analytics and translating data into strategy Self‑starter who can manage multiple clients and deadlines without hand‑holding Based in the Los Angeles area — occasional in‑office or client meetings required Bonus points Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects) A portfolio or examples of accounts and visual content you've produced Details Contract or W-2 — open to discussion To apply, send your resume, a brief note about a social media campaign you're proud of, and links to accounts or visual content you've produced to. #J-18808-Ljbffr LeCore Logic
